*Deliveries are made by DPD Monday – Saturday between 8am and 6pm.
For our next day service, if you place an order before 2pm Monday – Friday it will arrive the next day. Any orders placed from Friday after 2pm – Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched to enable you to track your delivery.
DPD will send you a message giving you a time delivery window when to expect your delivery. You can also track and manage your delivery using the DPD phone app and your tracking number.
Proof of Delivery for Receiver - DPD drivers take an image of each successful delivery, whether it is handed to you, to your neighbour or left in a safe place. You will automatically receive an email alerting you on each successful delivery which will contain a link to view your Proof of Delivery image.
Packaging: We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible, so we reuse the boxes and packaging we receive from suppliers so don't be alarmed if your new bubble bath arrives in a baby wipes box!
